Fire Damper Audits

Fire dampers are passive fire protection devices used in HVAC ducts to prevent the spread of fire inside the ductwork through fire-resistant walls and/or floors.

We offer specialized inspections and independent fire damper audits to ensure fire dampers are installed in accordance to the applicable standards at installation. We provide record photographs and advice on rectification works in the form of reports to be carried out in order to achieve certification. These reports are used by rectification contractors to tender the works.
